Store Purchase Policy

All purchases in the Mission Store, Tx are final. Since you have the convenience to try the items, see the items in person, etc. We ask you to inspect every item to make sure it meets your expectation before leaving the store.

Our main goal is to provide our customers with total satisfaction in every purchase. When you receive your items is important to make sure they meet your expectations.

If for some reason you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following steps that must be taken.

All Exchanges & Return item(s) must be made in the same “exact new condition”, as sent withal hang tags attached, and received within (7) days of receipt.

For any Exchange please contact us at so we may issue a “return approval”. We will send the customer an e-mail with the “return approval”. Customer must pay Return and New Item shipping fees.

For Returns please contact us at so we may issue a return approval. Returns received with out prior approval will be refused.

Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and mail item(s) using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a traceable “insured” shipping method as we are not responsible for lost item(s) or broken ones.

Once the return has been received and meets the return policy conditions, we will process a Gift Certificate for IN-STORE credit that you can use anytime at our store and also ON LINE. This certificate has 30 days expiration.

Shipping & Handling Time

Orders placed on in stock items are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Sunday or Holliday will be processed on the following business day. Rest assure any shipping delays will be communicated to you via mail of text. Be sure to include your valid e-mail and phone number at time or order.

Your order will be shipped on the method selected when the order is placed.

USPS Priority takes 2-4 days to delivery depending on your location within the US, plus our handling time of 1 day.
